Nick O’Mahoney
Even though Nick ran LMU ancestor Summer of Sessions (SoS), and technically came up with the concept of the MeUp, AND ran mother site StaffordMeUp (in partnership with the Leeds site), he and Gazz have never been members of the same one before.
Back in the early part of the decade Nick was very much SoS based, and then although part of the same project, StaffordMeUp was a very different experience.
Leeds is a cosmopolitan city with a thriving music culture, while Stafford has this video shop… it’s open till quite late.
Nick O’Mahoney [pronunciation O-Mar-Nee] is a welcome addition to the LondonMeUp group.
Having him around means that Nottingham based events can count.
Plus he has a beard so we can get served.
