Gazz (Formerly something else for most of Leeds Me Up, although he’d kill me if I told you what) Wood.
Founder / Co-Creator / Main Technical Whizz Kid of the site... Gazz was in charge of updating the site. This meant that most of the pressure to perform, to continue weekly updates was forced solely onto his shoulders. It is thanks mainly in part to him then, that the site managed to enjoy best part of a full year of weekly updates. (There are 50+ Events just in this archive, and many more on the original!)
Gazz has always disagreed with the common adage What happens on tour, stays on tour recording details from drunkenicity ever since his first foray into this kind of thing. The Drunk Club (basically what we’d now refer to as a blog of nights out) started in 1999. With DCNG in 2001, Summer of Sessions in 2002, Leeds Me Up 2003, & Leeds Me Up V1 2004-2006. Gazz’s CV reads like the who’s who of Drunken Idiot Websiting.
Unfortunately Gazz’s Event percentage is let down slightly due to a lack of money for 28 days of the month.
